There’s a lot of pressure this time of year to go all in.
Train harder. Eat perfectly. Fix everything at once.
But most people don’t burn out because they’re lazy.
They burn out because they try to do too much, too fast.
At TRC, we’re doing January a little differently.
This month isn’t about pushing or proving anything.
It’s about finding a rhythm you can actually keep.
Because the truth is -
steady beats intense, every time.
A few well-paced sessions each week.
Moving with intention.
Choosing something that fits real life.
That’s what builds strength.
And that’s what lasts past February.
You don’t need to start over.
You just need a way to keep going.
January is about easing back in - calmly and without pressure.
We’re seeing familiar faces return, some after a break, some just finding their groove again.
There’s no rush here. No catching up. No falling behind.
Even one or two sessions a week makes a difference.
If you’re not sure where to begin, these classes are a beautiful place to start:
🌀 Try these on the kiosk this month:
They’re steady, grounding and designed to help you reconnect with your body - not overwhelm it.
If you’ve got a friend who’s been saying, “I really need to start,”
or if you’ve been thinking that quietly to yourself…
Our 2 for $20 Intro Pass is back forJanuary.
Two sessions.
No lock-ins.
No pressure.
Just a simple way to try movement that feels calm, supportive and doable.
This one’s been a favourite for easing back in.
A slow, steady pace.
Deep stretching.
Time to breathe, soften and confirm your body again.
Part of our Relax & Restore series, Stretch 7 focuses on releasing tension and lengthening tired muscles using the Reformer. You’ll move through gentle sequences like legs in straps, forward folds and spinal twists - all designed to calm the nervous system while improving flexibility.
If your body’s asking for something gentle but effective,
look for Stretch 7 on the kiosk this week.
Take a moment to unwind.
Then keep going - one steady session at a time.
This one’s been a favourite for easing back in.
A few gentle reminders as we settle into the year:
• Please book and cancel sessions through the app
• Bring a towel and water bottle
• And remember - this time is for you
You don’t need to do more.
You just need to keep showing up - when you can.
