Frequently asked questions

Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers!
How do I get started ?
After joining, you will receive an email with a brief orientation where we will show you how to use the equipment and the digital system. Then you are free to work out whenever suits you between 4am and 10pm, every day.
Do you have fixed class times ?
No - thats what makes us different! You can access our studio anytime between 4am and 10pm, extended hours, a calm space designed for self-guided practice. Follow expert-led workouts through our digital system while enjoying a peaceful, no-pressure environment.
Is there options for sickness, pausing memberships, or cancelling ?
Pause Your Membership Anytime

We understand that life happens, so you’re welcome to pause your membership at any time and for any reason. Unlimited memberships can be paused for any length of time, exactly as you need. For session-based weekly memberships (such as 2 sessions per week), pauses are applied in full billing weeks to keep sessions and payments aligned. While your membership is paused, no payments are taken and it will automatically restart once the pause ends. Our aim is to keep things flexible and easy, so your movement routine fits around your life 🌿
How do self-guided workouts work?
Simply choose your workout from our digital kiosk, connect your headphones, and follow along at your own pace. Sessions range from 15-60 minutes and include options for all skill levels.
What should I bring ?
Just comfortable clothing, grip socks and bluetooth headphones. Grip socks will help you with better grip, (even when your not sweating) so you can focus on the exercises and activating the proper muscles to achieve the most out of your class. You will need clothing that allows you to move your body in different positions. We provide reformer equipment and sanitising materials. Bluetooth headphones are recommended for the best experience.
